The front desk staff made all the difference. Amani impressed me with her sincerity, care, and professionalism. Francesco from the restaurant provided excellent hospitality. His warm attitude and attention to detail.

The breakfast buffet needs a bit more variety from day to day. The room was clean, though not everything was perfect. Improvements are possible.

i awoke each morning in a room of perfect size. it had welcome water that shimmered like a promise. a soft bathrobe awaited me like a gentle hug after a long day of romantic wandering. i enjoyed coffee and tea made in my own room before i explored.

the elevator paused a bit too long one morning. it created a moment of worry before it continued.

I really appreciated the efficient reception staff. ariel was very friendly and helpful. She upgraded my mother to a beautiful room, it had no internal steps. the showers in both rooms were excellent, and the beds were very very good. the room location near the elevator was a great feature.

unfortunately, the rooms had very thin walls. i could hear people talking next door and walking past in the corridor. it was a bit annoying at times.

the excellent entrance makes a GReat first impression. the lobby is chic, the reception area is very well-designed, and everything is clean. the general ambiance of the building is very positive, i noticed that ALL areas were clearly maintained.
